How do we book your services? 
First, fill out our form on the contact page to give us an idea of what you are looking for.  If you are requesting our services for a specific date, make sure to include it when filling out the form.  We require an initial non-refundable payment to reserve the date and time of your session along with a signed agreement.  In order to keep track of inquiries and booked dates, all services are on a first come, first serve basis. By this, we mean, the first one to sign the agreement and make the initial payment reserves the time and date.
How do you deliver your images?
Our final images are delivered online through Google Drive.  They are able to be viewed and downloaded to multiple devices from the Google Drive folder that is shared with clients.
Do you deliver the negatives or original files?
We deliver all of the images in JPEG format with all of our final edits applied. As a service to you, nothing leaves our studio unfinished. We do not deliver the RAW files before post production.
Can we edit or apply effects/filters to your photos?
This is actually a great question...Glad you asked! First off, we can’t stop you from being creative and showing off your fancy editing skillz. From time to time, we’ll see see an image of ours that has been manipulated with a filter from Instagram. It’s not the end of the world to us but it’s definitely not something we would want our name attached with. We’ve worked extremely hard to deliver a quality of work that is timeless, so don’t let those free apps at your finger tell you otherwise. We do what we can to control the final outcome of our work and provide you with only the best. But if you can’t resist the urge then sure, go ahead, put ketchup on your fancy steak. Just remember, a lot of effort was put into delivering your custom photos.
What type of gear do you shoot with?
I primarily shoot with a Canon 7D mark II, an 80D and a 5D SR.
What are your traveling fees?
All local sessions (within 15 miles of the Kansas City Metropolitan Area) do not incur traveling fees.  Traveling fees depend on location, type of session, length and date.  Please get in touch for a quote - inquiries@chrisburrow.co
What type ​​​​​​​of payments do you accept?
We accept cash, all major credit/debit cards, and business checks.  We do not accept personal checks.
